If you look at Leadership theory over the last 100 years you will notice that each type of theory is firmly embedded in the time period it was developed in.

This is not satisfactory and prioritises the theory that leadership is something that is done to others, never really considering the leader themselves. The Maverick DRIVEN™ Leadership Methodology is different and marks the paradigm shift into a new type of leadership. The concept of who you ARE and what you DO is integral to the methodology.



Since 2005 we have been describing Mavericks as ‘wilfully independent’ people and believe that there are 4 types of people.
